A Columbia University-sponsored event can be submitted for publication to the online University Events Calendar. All submissions will be reviewed for content before posting to the UEC. If you have an image or document associated with your event, please email the information to the for inclusion with the event description.

The event contact is the individual or entity responsible for the event and for responding to inquiries about the event. The event sponsor is the Columbia University organization ultimately responsible for the event. In some cases, the event contact is the same as the event sponsor.

If available, please provide a URL at which a calendar viewer might learn more about this event. The short description of the event should provide a synopsis of the event and invite the viewer to learn more. The full event description/summary field should provide a detailed event description.
