CCE’s Site Visit Program provides a fun and interactive way to learn about the world of work with insider views into the work and culture of different organizations and industries.

 
Join CCE on a Site Visit to MTV Networks! This visit will focus on students interested in fall internships utilizing any of the following skills and focus areas: research, web/digital or multimedia and computer science.

By attending this visit, you will have an opportunity to learn the following:

- Meet the College Relations team and learn about MTV's internship program, specific requirements, and the many benefits of being an MTV intern.

- Hear panelists from the departments described above discuss their unique career paths as well as their current roles in the company. They will each share the day to day function of their specific department along with how their interns add value to the team.

- Ask the professionals on the panel or the College Relations team any lingering questions about the program or their career choices.

Requirements:

-students must be rising juniors/seniors or graduate students

-students must be able to receive academic credit and be available for a minimum of 2 days a week for 10 weeks in the fall. R credit (or registration credit), which is given at Columbia, will meet this requirement

-no GPA requirement

Attire?  Business attire
Registration required? Yes.
Resume required? Resume is not required;  however recommended that you bring it with you.
Eligibility? This event is open to rising juniors and seniors from Columbia College, The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science and The School of General Studies.  All graduate students are welcome to attend.
