What do Nike, L’Oreal, Apple and Google have in common? A
well-branded identity and strategic marketing plan.
Even the most well-crafted resumes and cover letters can sit in a
stack and be passed by other candidates. In 2012, a successful job/internship
search is about so much more than what you can fit onto one piece of
paper. Do you have what it takes to stand out among the pool of
applicants?
Join
us for some pizza and an interactive workshop to help YOU create a
strong, well-branded professional identity. Specifically, we will
cover how to identify your branding message, use social networks and other
tools to communicate your brand, and apply your brand successfully to secure
employment. You will walk away with valuable information on how to enhance
your job search and present yourself in front of employers.
Casual attire. Registration suggested in advance, but not required. Resume required? No Eligibility:
This workshop is open to students and alumni of Columbia College, the
School of Engineering and Applied Science, the School of General
Studies, the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the Graduate School
