formal networking event.
To kick off the Columbia
College Dinner and Discussion Series for the 2012-2013 academic year, we
welcome, Leonard H. Hersh, Senior
Managing Director, Bernstein Global Wealth Management.
Mr. Hersh joined the leadership team of the New
York office as a managing director in 2008 and was named Senior Managing
Director in 2012. Previously, he was a senior member of Bernstein’s Wealth
Management Research Group, responsible for, among other things, the enhancement
and expansion of the group’s international wealth management services. Hersh
also served for four years as general counsel of Bernstein’s private client and
institutional research businesses, including Sanford C. Bernstein & Co.
Prior to joining the firm in 1997, he practiced law at Cravath, Swaine &
Moore and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Hersh holds a BA in English and
political science from Columbia College and a JD from Columbia Law School,
where he was an editor of the Columbia
Law Review.
The
Center for Career Education, in partnership with the CCAA Career Education
Committee, presents the Columbia College Dinner and Discussion Series, where

College alumni from different industries in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
This is an ideal setting for students to learn the workings of the industries
they are interested in to advance their career exploration. Be sure to register
early as space is extremely limited.
