What is the Capital Group?

Capital Group is one of the oldest and most respected investment management firms, with over 23 offices worldwide, managing over $1 trillion in investments. Working at Capital Group has a similar feel to that of a small company with unparalleled levels of collaboration and leadership.

What is the Associates Program (TAP)

The Associates Program (TAP) is a two-year global rotation program that consists of six, four-month assignments in a variety of departments and locations throughout the company. As TAP is customized to the individual, assignments vary and may include trading, marketing, sales, HR, operations, investment research, IT, and business development - to name a few. Being heavily invested in its community, TAP also provides associates with an opportunity to work with a non-profit organization for four months (at full pay). TAP is intended to provide big picture exposure to our business, to help you build relationships across the company, and to focus on personal development enabling you to hone transferable skills.

Is TAP a fit for you?

Are you passionate and intellectually curious? Do you want to make meaningful contributions and travel the globe while balancing work and your outside interests? Are you someone who wants to contribute in a positive way to your community? We are looking for future thought leaders and contributors. If you've been achieving, creating, leading, and building a rich college experience at Columbia then why stop at graduation?
