The Earth Institute presents the first in the 2012-2013 Sustainable Development Seminar Series. Arctic sea ice extent is at its lowest in recent history, with further melting likely before season's end. The first session in the 2012-2013 Sustainable Development Seminar Series will offer diverse perspectives and discussion on "Implications of the Rapid Decline of the Arctic Sea Ice" including development of the Arctic. Open to the public.
