Columbia College Dinner Topic- Business Development/Sports Marketing

Picture this: You and a few of your peers having an intimate conversation over dinner with a highly-accomplished alumnus from an industry of interest to you. A chance to have all of your burning questions answered without the pressure of a formal networking event.

For this event, we welcome Danielle Maged, CC '89, Global Head of Business Development & Partnerships at StubHub

As Global Head of Business Development & Partnerships at StubHub, Danielle’s group is responsible for forging all strategic, sports, music, and technology partnerships for the company. As a consultant with StubHub in its launch years, Danielle brought the company’s first NFL partners on board in 2004. She joined StubHub fulltime in early 2006, playing a lead role in StubHub’s ground-breaking deal with Major League Baseball. Her group now manages 75+ partners, including Major League Baseball and its 30 clubs, the Washington Redskins, University of Texas, University of Michigan, in addition to past partnerships with Madonna, American Express and Jersey Boys.

The Center for Career Education, in partnership with the CCAA Career Education Committee, presents the Columbia College Dinner and Discussion Series, where select Columbia College students have the opportunity to interact with Columbia College alumni from different industries in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. This is an ideal setting for students to learn the workings of the industries they are interested in to advance their career exploration. Be sure to register early as space is extremely limited.
