The Multicultural Business Association is pleased to announce that they will be hosting an information session with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on November 15th during which BCG recruiters and consultants will discuss their summer internship program and what working at BCG is like.
BCG's Summer Associate Program seeks a small, select group of highly talented college Juniors and first-year Masters students who demonstrate the capacity to develop the skills of a BCG Associate. Summer Associate candidates should have an intellectual curiosity about consulting and business in general.
During the summer program, the intern would be part of a BCG consulting team, and the program would include experiences with their client case, other summer interns, full-time Associates, and office-wide BCG events. BCG's goal is to give their summer interns adequate exposure to the Associate position and the BCG culture with the hopes that strong performing interns would be interested in returning to BCG as an Associate after graduation.
All Juniors and first-year Masters students are encouraged to take part in the Summer Internship recruiting process.
