Headquarters in NYC Come join Center for Career Education for a site visit to Bloomingdale's
Corporate Headquarters in NYC. By attending the visit, you will have an
opportunity to learn the following:
- Meet the College
Relations Team and learn about Bloomingdale's Corporate Career Paths (Internship
and full time opportunities)
- Overview and
Introduction to Bloomingdale’s/Macy’s
- Hear Panelists
(including Columbia Alumni) from a variety of departments (Buying and Planning,
Marketing, PR, Finance) discuss:
- Their career path (What led them to a career
in retail,
What brought them to Bloomingdale's)
- What their job entails and what they do on a daily basis
- Bloomingdale's culture
- Any industry trends or changes they have noticed in recent years
- Advice they wish they had known upon graduation
- Have a chance to
ask the Panelists or College Relations Team any questions about career
paths/choices and Bloomingdale's recruit/hiring process
Bloomingdale’s is actively
seeking summer interns for its Bloomingdale's
Buying Executive Development Internship Program. Interested candidates
