Director of Operations and Strategy at IMG. This will be a wonderful

practices in the hiring process, and advice about career paths.

BIO:
Ishwara
Glassman Chrein
is the Director of Operations and Strategy for two divisions of IMG:
Consulting and US Business Development.
She oversees strategic planning,
pricing, account profitability, business development pipelines, staffing,
training, performance evaluations, and other operational efficiency
areas. She provides input in to the strategic direction of the division,
evaluates geographic and product expansion opportunities, and ensures that
Consulting and US Business Development run efficiently.
Ishwara previously managed IMG
Consulting’s relationship with Churchill Downs, the owner of the Kentucky
Derby, helping Churchill Downs evolve in to an entertainment-oriented
company.
Ishwara joined IMG in 2006, and
prior to that she worked in corporate strategy at Lehman Brothers and in
management consulting at McKinsey. While at McKinsey, she consulted
for pharmaceutical, consumer, and private equity companies. Ishwara holds
a BA in economics and political science (Columbia College Class of 2002) and a
Master in International Affairs (SIPA Class of 2003), both from Columbia
University.
Ishwara
will be talking about internship opportunities with IMG as well as her
career path.
