The Earth Institute's International Research Institute for Climate and Society (IRI) is pleased to present "Agro-Infomatics in Uruguay" with Jorge Corral, Assistant Professor of Computer Science, University of the Republic, Uruguay.

Open to the Public

Professor Corral will discuss recent work regarding the use of multi-agent systems modeling to develop prospective scenarios of agro-ecosystems, particularly with respect to livestock. His talk will provide a broad overview of ongoing work, including specific tools; Corral will also explore opportunities for collaboration between the University of Republic and IRI.
