Whether you are interested in pursuing management, strategy, or industry specific consulting, case interviews will be used to assess your thought processes and analytical skills.  To begin this workshop, a management consultant will share how to analyze cases and provide solutions.  Then, you will have a unique opportunity to “crack a case” in small discussion groups with your GS peers led by GS alumni in the management consulting field.  If consulting is indeed an area of interest, it is vital to gain knowledge through research and practice of cases EARLY in your Columbia experience.

Business attire is recommended; however business casual is allowed. (See our Professional Attire Tipsheet).

Registration required.

Resume required?  Bringing a resume or business cards is optional.  If you decide to bring your resume, please only share it if the alumnus has asked for it.

Eligibility: This event is open to School of General Studies students only.
