TedxColumbiaSIPA: A Better World

TEDxColumbiaSIPA is an open-source self-organized event to stimulate dialogue around the common mission most dear to SIPA: how to make a difference around the world! The first TEDxColumbiaSIPA event will be centered around the theme “A Better World” and will be held at  SIPA in the International Affairs Building building on the Morningside Campus of Columbia University on February 15th, 2013. The event will be representative of the diversity of the SIPA student body and faculty, and will gather speakers from around the world featuring innovative ideas on how the world can be Healthier, Safer, Fairer and Happier.

NOTE: SIPA TEDX has been officially sold out, however, the event will be streamed live via the web.  There will also be a VIP live stream of the event in the IAB 6th Floor Cafeteria.  You can find out more about the event and/or connect to the live stream at
