Perhaps you hide invisible attributes like a learning disability, or ignore visible identities such as your gender. Fact is, the freer you are to reveal and engage the full scope of your humanity, the happier and more productive you will be. Yet what exactly does it mean to bring your whole self to work? About Speaker: Formally trained as a career counselor, Haig Chahinian is a training and development consultant, speaker, and blogger at where he explores professional development issues in the context of current events.  He’s been featured on CNN's "Your $$$$$" and is the host of "Career Talk Live," a TV show broadcast Tuesdays at 6:00pm Eastern Time at  His list of clients includes JPMorgan Chase, Shearman & Sterling LLP, Pepsi Bottling Group and NYU. Haig graduated from Columbia University with a Master of Education in psychological counseling and a Master of Arts in organizational psychology, and studied psychology and French as an undergraduate at the University of Southern California.
