The Right Path: Determining and Targeting Your Next Career Move

Many of us have taken a job just because "that's what I've always done", "that's what I'm good at", or "that's where the money is." Yet it is not often that we take a step back and methodically test these assumptions to see if other paths are both possible and might bring us more satisfaction. Knowing what you like to do, what you're good at, and where you want to go in life - these are the keys to planning a career move that will be rewarding and 'right' for you. In this webinar, you will learn the steps you need to take to find career satisfaction. Specifically, you will learn about three self-assessment exercises that you can start immediately, ways to apply your assessment results, research resources to learn more about potential careers, and methods for writing a "job-search marketing plan" that is key to a successful career change.
