Manning Marable, Professor of History and Political Science and Director of the Center for Contemporary Black History, will discuss "Barack Obama and the New Racial Politics." Farah Griffin, Professor of English and Comparative Literature and African-American Studies and Director of the Institute for Research in African-American Studies, will be the discussant.
